Corcoran

Country Living Meets Urban Village

Saint Therese is developing a new senior community on 13 acres in the City of Corcoran’s Southeast District, with a complete continuum of living: independent & assisted living apartments, memory care, rehabilitative and skilled nursing care all on one campus. Providing peace of mind for whatever the future may bring. What will truly make the community unique is its connection to the City of Corcoran’s vision for the Southeast District.

The city’s plan incorporates all of the key elements of new urbanism into a Town Center, including a walkable/bikeable downtown core that will feature a variety of businesses and retail shops, office space and plenty of open areas.

New Hope

Reinventing Our Flagship Community

We are developing a new expansion on the campus of Saint Therese of New Hope. Established in 1968, our inviting senior campus was our very first community. Saint Therese of New Hope has been known for its full continuum of exceptional care, its peaceful setting in the heart of New Hope, and its abundant opportunities for residents and staff to form lasting connections.

Now we’re reinventing our community with a modern, transformational design. Spacious independent living residences will be located in a new building that will connect to the existing building, common spaces and dining venues will be reimagined, and our rooftop patio will undergo a stunning transformation.
