Saint Therese is a drug-free, vapor-free and tobacco-free employer with smoke-free campuses.
We offer competitive, affordable benefit packages to meet our employees’ needs. Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to receive health care benefits.
Our medical plan offers three options. And, Saint Therese makes a $500-$1,000 contribution to each employee’s HSA account annually depending on coverage level.
Our medical plans provide preventative coverage at no additional cost and have unlimited lifetime benefit maximums.
The Saint Therese dental plan provides preventative coverage at no additional charge.

Eye exams are covered under medical plans. Our vision plan offers materials-only coverage including allowances and discounts on frames, lenses and contact lenses.
Flexible spending accounts
Flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax money from each pay period for eligible health and dependent care expenses.
Financial well-being with a 403(b) retirement plan:
Saint Therese offers both pre-tax and Roth plans. Employees are automatically enrolled at 3 percent but can choose another deferral rate or opt out. After one year of employment, employees are eligible for Saint Therese’s 403(b) match program and earn an additional 50 percent of their contribution, up to 6 percent.
Paid Time Off
Employees working nine hours or more per pay period will accrue a set number of hours to use for vacation, personal and sick leave.
Paid Disability Leave
Employees working nine hours or more per pay period will accrue a set number of hours to use for extended illness.
Saint Therese recognizes eight company holidays.

Employees and their families can access an array of confidential counseling and web services 24/7 days a week through our employee assistance program (EAP).

Fitness and wellness centers
Low-cost memberships to our fitness and wellness centers are available through payroll deduction. Our St. Louis Park, New Hope, Brooklyn Park and Woodbury communities offer full wellness centers. Individuals employed in Shoreview and Robbinsdale also can benefit from membership. Several locations also offer warm water therapy pools and hot tubs.
Employees benefit from a discount of 10 percent for over-the-counter medications and additional discounts on prescription drugs. Available through our New Hope community pharmacy only.
Free flu shots offered onsite every fall season.
Onsite massage services are available to employees at a low cost with our Ascend Rehabilitation therapists.
Tuition reimbursement benefits are available for employees pursuing a career in long-term care.
Health Care Loan Forgiveness Program
Employees with LPN or RN degrees may be eligible to participate in the Minnesota Health Care Loan Forgiveness and Repayment Programs. Stipulations apply.
