Reinventing Our Flagship Community

We are excited to announce that we are developing a new expansion on the campus of Saint Therese of New Hope. Established in 1968, our inviting senior campus was our very first community. From its beginning, Saint Therese of New Hope has been known for its full continuum of exceptional care, its peaceful setting in the heart of New Hope, and its abundant opportunities for residents and staff to form lasting connections.

Now we’re reinventing our community with a modern, transformational design that will many areas of the campus. Spacious independent living residences will be located in a new building that will connect to the existing building, common spaces and dining venues will be reimagined, and our rooftop patio will undergo a stunning transformation.

New Features and Upgrades:

  • Adding brand-new, modern independent living apartments with underbuilding parking
  • Combining and upgrading existing apartments to create larger, more contemporary layouts
  • Reimagining and renovating common spaces for residents to use and enjoy,  such as a casual dining venue and a cafe/coffee shop with grab & go items
  • Renovating and updating the 25,000-square-foot rooftop patio so that it can be an even more inviting spot for gardening, picnics and cookouts, shuffleboard, quiet reflection, and special events

More Enhancements to Come

These initial changes are only the beginning. The next phase of our expansion will include a new Health Care Center that will be the home of rehabilitative & skilled nursing care, and an innovative memory care and assisted living program. We’ll also foster our residents’ total well-being with a state-of-the art wellness center that will feature a warm water swimming pool and fitness center.
