Doing Ordinary Things with Extraordinary Love

Saint Therese has been creating senior living communities in the Upper Midwest for more than half a century. “Doing ordinary things with extraordinary love” is a way of life that guides our path every day. Our communities offer a continuum of care — from independent & assisted living to rehabilitative & skilled nursing care — but each has its own personality that reflects the values of the wonderful people who live there.

A New Urbanist Village That Breaks Down Old Barriers

Coming late summer of 2024, Saint Therese is developing a new senior community on 13 acres in the City of Corcoran’s Southeast District, with a continuum of living: independent & assisted living apartments, and memory care, all on one campus. Providing peace of mind for whatever the future may bring. What will truly make the community unique is its connection to the City of Corcoran’s vision for the Southeast District.

The city’s plan incorporates all of the key elements of new urbanism into a Town Center, including a walkable/bikeable downtown core that will feature a variety of businesses and retail shops, office space and plenty of open areas.

Future Saint Therese of Corcoran Campus

You’ll know as soon as you arrive that this is a truly unique place.

This new urbanist village will provide wonderful opportunities for intergenerational interaction and meaningful connections with the community-at-large. The design of the campus will incorporate the look and feel of Main Street and welcome the public in to grab a cup of coffee, take a class, swim in the indoor pool, attend an outdoor concert, shop at a farmer’s market, and work out in the fitness center. Residents of Saint Therese of Corcoran will integrate seamlessly with the greater community as they wish, and as they have throughout their lives.

Enjoy an urban feel in a rural setting.

Live in a community integrated into a walkable neighborhood with all the conveniences of a quaint downtown, surrounded by open spaces, bike paths, parks and countryside.
