Colleen Ryan

Vice president of sales

Colleen joined Saint Therese in February 2026 as Vice President of Sales, providing sales and marketing leadership across all communities. She leads sales strategy, drives occupancy, coaches on-site teams, and partners closely with executive directors.

Colleen brings extensive senior living sales leadership experience and a strong track record of improving performance across multiple communities. Most recently, she served as Regional Sales Manager for The Waters, leading strategy and execution for six communities. Previously, as Regional Sales Director for Benedictine, she oversaw sales across 34 senior living and skilled nursing communities and helped standardize enterprise sales processes and CRM adoption. She has also held leadership roles with Covenant Living Communities & Services and Brookdale Home Health.

Outside of work Colleen likes to spend time with her family and friends and is a devoted dog lover. She has three golden retrievers who are truly her shadows. She also loves all things Minnesota — from the seasons, sports teams, to the traditions and the spirit of the people.
