Our spacious, well-appointed assisted living apartments for individuals or couples are available in one- or two-bedroom floor plans. Features include a kitchen with standard appliances, walk-in shower and other amenities for comfort and convenience. Care plans may include medication management and health monitoring, assistance with daily activities, such as dressing or bathing, and an emergency pendant for added safety and assurance.

The vibrant Saint Therese communities offer residents opportunities to stay active and well with onsite wellness and fitness programs, personal care services such as a barber and beauty salon, an engaging activities calendar and much more. Our pastoral care program provides support for spiritual needs as well as regular Mass and ecumenical worship services.

Independent Living options include a wide range of spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment styles up to 1,805 sq. ft.

Assisted Living

Long-Term Care

Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake offers 24-hour, specialized, holistic Long-Term Care in private suites that opened in 2012. Services include: cardiac rehabilitation, dementia care, critical care nursing and both psychological and spiritual support.

Transitional Care

In partnership with Ascend Rehabilitation, Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake offers private Transitional Care suites that opened in 2012. Focus on recovery and get back to you as you bridge the time between hospital and home.

Memory Care

Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake offers one-bedroom private Memory Care suites with personalized care in a secure environment. An Adult Day Program and Respite Care are also available.

Palliative & Hospice Care

Saint Therese offers two holistic, supportive approaches to comfort care. Both our palliative care and hospice care manage symptoms and pain of serious illness with spiritual support as requested. Hospice care provides positive, compassionate support for terminally ill residents.

Pastoral Care

Pastoral care at Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake is a constant presence, available to serve anyone at any time with spiritual, emotional and social support, guidance and comfort no matter religious affiliation.

Rehabilitation

Ascend Rehabilitation offers inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services with programming specialized for older adults.

Fitness & Wellness

Whether you call Saint Therese home or live in the surrounding community, stay active, healthy and engaged with fitness and wellness programs from Ascend Rehabilitation, all tailored to your skills and abilities.

Home Health Care

We offer specialized home-based services for seniors from highly trained, certified therapists and home health care nurses and aides. Traditional and specialized therapy and wellness programming takes place in the comfort of your own home.

Are Saint Therese communities pet-friendly? Can a pet come live with me?

We welcome pets and therapy animals to visit our communities with some reasonable guidelines to secure the well-being of our residents and guests. Some of our communities also welcome four-legged residents. Please contact us to learn more.

Can independent living residents still get care services if/when needed?
