How Saint Therese is maintaining the well-being of residents and guests throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Making sure our residents, guests their families and our employees benefit from a safe, healthy environment is Saint Therese’s greatest concern.
At this time, we’re fortunate to not have any cases of COVID-19 at Saint Therese. We’re monitoring communications from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the Minnesota Department of Health and have implemented recommendations from both organizations to ensure all our community members remain healthy.
But we also need your help to ensure we win this battle against COVID-19 and minimize its impact at Saint Therese.
Although we sincerely love all our family members and visitors, Saint Therese will no longer allow visitors at this time due to regional COVID-19 activity.
In the event family members or friends have an urgent need to visit loved ones due to a significant change in status or end-of-life journey, we will absolutely make accommodations. To ensure permitted arrivals are seamless, please contact the community executive director for visit pre-approval.
Please know we understand maintaining your relationships is incredibly important and these limitations are not meant to hinder your well-being. In the meantime, we suggest a variety of other communication methods to consider— just until our regional COVID-19 activity changes— like telephone, email, text, Skype or Facebook. Let any Saint Therese employee know how we can help get you connected at any time.
Saint Therese continues to follow all evolving guidelines and recommendations as more information is learned about this novel virus. Our employees adhere to strict hand-washing procedures and wear all appropriate protective equipment, like gowns and gloves, when interacting with residents and guests who are sick.
Should you have any questions about how Saint Therese is maintaining the well-being of residents and guests throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, please feel free to contact our team any time.
